All the lists managed by your label are available in the Lists accessible by anyone in your label with the list manager privilege.
- After signing in, go to main menu and select Lists.
You will see the Lists page.
Browsing lists and folders
In the lists page you will see all of your label's existing lists organized into folders. The Sub-Lists column will tell you how many lists are contained within the folder (including any sub folders and lists contained within those sub folders). The Recipients column tells you the total number of recipients contained within that folder (and its children).
To browse the contents of a folder, click on its name. The display will now show the contents of that folder.
To see the individual recipients in the list, click on the list name.
The display will change to the Recipients view show you the recipients within the list along with any available contact information. Here is where you would add or edit the recipients.
To navigate back up to a higher level, use the breadcrumb navigation above the lists or recipients view.
Click on any of the links to go to that place in your list hierarchy. The last list name indicates the present folder or list you are viewing.
